Hello Patients,
At the office of Dan P. Hilton, D.D.S., our top priority during the pandemic "and beyond" has been and will continue to be the health and well-being of our patients and their families, our wonderful staff, us doctors, and the community at large. Please know Dr. Hilton, Dr. Gunnala and Dr. Ponce, along with our staff, have been vaccinated for the safety and welfare of us all.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic concerns, our office is completely open for regular general dental care, dental "cleaning" services and "necessary" restorative dental care to accommodate all of your dental needs. Please be assured that all our protocols that have been in place since March 2020 will continue moving forward also giving the patients the option to wear a mask or not. We anticipate ongoing challenges with the COVID variants and want to keep you safe at all times within our facility.
We are receiving notifications for "normal" operations from the guidance of our public health officials, the CDC, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Organization.
Our practice has always strictly adhered, even exceeding the standard for infection control by wearing personal protective gear, using hospital-grade disinfectants and air filtration, practicing the latest sterilization protocols, utilizing single-use disposable materials, and updating training protocols to the latest CDC guidelines on a daily basis. We have an annual all day full office inspection with additional training on all protocols for all staff members and the doctor team. The staff has protocol examinations on a quarterly basis to further emphasize this process.
We have created the following pages to show patients and potential patients how we are taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone, including our staff, safe at all times. As stated all additional "safe protocols" implemented since 2020 will continue on as our standard protocol.
