This 40 year old patient presented with severly discolored “bonded” teeth on the central incisors. She had a “negative” smile line curvature. Through porcelain veneers on her front four teeth and vital bleaching of the remainder of her teeth, we established a positive smile line, with the sizing and color of teeth that makes her proud to smile.
